Attorney Hodges is uniquely qualified to investigate allegations of sexual misconduct for companies, government agencies, and academic institutions under Title IX.
As a former employment attorney, sex crimes and major-case prosecutor, and deputy assistant district attorney over public corruption and white collar units, Attorney Hodges is able to apply a vast array of skills in this category. She and her team of investigators have collectively investigated hundreds of matters involving sexual misconduct and harassment. She has interviewed hundreds of witnesses, led nearly five dozen jury trials, and has been awarded multiple awards and promotions for her accomplishments. Mrs. Hodges was awarded the Lewis Slaton Award, given to the top-performing assistant district attorney in the Atlantic circuit, in her role as a sex crimes prosecutor, where she handled rapes, domestic violence, and other sexual abuse cases.
Mrs. Hodges also was an employment attorney at a large, international law firm where she assisted with the defense of Fortune 500 companies. She uniquely combines this experience with the interviewing and investigative techniques learned from her over a decade-long experience as a prosecutor. Having both prosecuted and defended, Mrs. Hodges’s goal is to conduct impartial investigations that respect alleged victims and those accused, while also protecting the confidentiality of the institution.
